Task Schedule
This is a copy of the first four assignments that I created for a project for which I was a project manager. One of the many tasks that I had to complete for this position was to create and update an ongoing task schedule that everyone within my team had access to. Everyone on the team had an assigned color, and every assignment had its assigned color. The task schedule had a due date, an assignment description, and a status column. This was updated twice a week for four weeks through the duration of the project.”

Social Media Posts
These are three social media posts I created for Art Center Waco’s new exhibit, a Peek Into the Cameron Collection. For these graphics, I made them so that they could be posted on any social media platform – Instagram, Facebook, their website, newsletters, etc. The color scheme was taken from the aesthetic of their website, as well as the pictures of previous exhibits. I gave ACW three different suggestions for the story, each following the aesthetic appeal of the website but having a different style.

This flyer was created for a Native American Heritage Month reading and Q&A that my department was putting on. The colors were specifically selected due to the connection to Indigenous culture, as well as the Indigenous woman sketch on the front. This flyer was sent to the department and students who were interested in this event. The event was created by me working alongside the department head and a professor to come up with details such as the room and time.

Rhetoric Persuasion Speech
This speech was created for a course on rhetorical persuasion. I decided to write about my Indigenous identity and how the historical and current hardships against Native American people affect day-to-day experiences. Written as a speech, it is meant to be read out loud to get the full rhetorical impact – but if it is not read as a speech, it can be read as a reflective piece. This piece has historical context, modern-day issues, personal testimony, as well as a call to action at the very end of the speech. It speaks to my experience as a biracial Indigenous woman living in America today.
